Selfies with my son in the Secret Garden! Not one other person visited it. Too bad.
Just home after the weekend at Langdon Hall, I'm looking over my photos feeling calmer, rested and rest assured. . How could I not? Surrounded by Luxury & LOVE a celebration of Faith, Love & Hope for beautiful, tiny baby girl who absolutely will rock this world. lol
She's off to a fantastic start with her loving parents - awesome big sister, other friends and family who all love her. The baby has a thing for glasses.. makes me laugh just thinking of it now, she has already touched my heart & my sons.
I heard laughter ALL evening - long after I opted for my DEEP soak tub and my custom bath Bomb! With cannabis in it, OF course. Surrounded also by our Cannabis family in a way... a family introduced to us since before the first EXPO. I have become friends with several I've met over the years & Storm has made good friends of his own, who have watched him grow into the young man he is today. Hugged many times over, Oh My Gosh it was so good to see so many familiar faces. The meal - incredible, I can't think of it now- or I will drool on my keyboard. We made a few new friends but best of all I had a drawing session with a lovely, imaginative, talented young lady. It was, I must admit the HIGHlite of my weekend. Watch out- a budding new artist on the horizon!!
I learned a few things... Langdon Hall has an incredible menu!!
& by far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on... the next day several people commented on the BEDS. Chris was another friend of Storms I met and he constantly had me wondering - is there anything this guy does not know about? It's a warm fuzzy feeling when a mom witnesses her own son enjoying time with friends who clearly care for him.
Storm & I walked the house & property, right down to the basement, we learned of the incredible history and looked at all the photos. The guy with the 'push mower'- cracked me up. I would like to see the property in the summer. It was a weekend I won't forget - The Heather Cooper - painting - I could have got lost in for hours, all the art was magnificent.
We felt blessed to be a part of the day- to be invited to celebrate in the Baptism of a baby girl alone is enough, the rest.. all icing on the cake. With fondant cannabis leaves!
Real cannabis leaves in every centrepiece. That being said - It was by far the 'classiest' Baptism I have ever been to. Hee hee hee! The weekend was as it started at mass... truly blessed.
Feather YES!! More icing on the cake.. the next morning the talk was all about cannabis being announced: LEGAL in Canada by Canada Day 2018 For all those that say 'I'll believe it when I see it... Believe it.
At some point during the weekend - surrounded by such Regal beauty - I'm sure I heard - The King himself exclaim... 'Cannabis Growers once thought of as Criminals will start to overnight - turn into Rockstars... just look at the stock market.'
The sun, the moon & the truth. Thank God & Great Growers!

Thanks everyone who wishes Us well on FB an other social media. Like everyone else I like photos - especially with my handsome son ;) - We might never get here again.. I want to thank him. Me: "Storm, stand here! I want a photo! .. Here.. Over there.. " lol I'm like that with everyone - hee hee.. As you are aware - it's difficult to get a good photo.
