What a glorious chilly morning! The sun is low in the sky so all day, it's a new forest view as the light slowly passes through. Give thanks for sunshine!
Many people are upset & concerned about ridiculousness of "Hatred in the Bible" and our Government trying to use it against individuals who share the word of God. Marc Miller, the newly appointed minister of Canadian identity and culture, has been quite open about this. In October testimony before a House of Commons committee, Miller said the Bible contains “clear hatred towards, for example, homosexuals.” Apparently it's been 'pushed back'. As I mention, all the time - "homosexuality' is one reason people USE to claim the bible is full of hate - No, it's not. I want to point out the obvious in The Old Testament, that I myself have pondered.. It is The Act/Behaviour of humans that God abhors, not the individual(s).
God created Adam & Eve.. (Male & Female) to WORK the Earth & Go forth and multiply. Of course God is not thrilled with Homosexuality.. Where would civilization be if it was Adam & Steve? WHERE would YOU be?! I don't know about you but I would not be here, Storm would not be here... Homosexual men, would not be here if they had homosexual parents. None of this is hatred, it's called common sense. Besides discouraging homosexuality the Bible suggests you don't sleep with your Aunt, Mother or Animals. Duh.
Marc Miller... do you think he has actually CURRENTLY, read The Holy Bible from: In the beginning - to The End?
If he has NOT, he should STFU. Simple.. just like I'm not going to have a conversation with anyone who has not actually read it. That is insane, a waste of both our time... Pearls before swine.
Also... if 'No'. Yikes! Forgive him Lord he knows not what he does.
If he has read it, he should read it again, as he doesn't understand it. It is him (Carney) who is tuning it into HATE. Even if you don't believe - tell me what's wrong with the 10 commandments? Life would be a lot better if we all lived by them, no?
It's childish, not in a good way. It is distracting and wasting time and resources with THIS while crime runs rampant, repeat offenders keep on keeping on' while they waste time with this... messing with the word of God. Who is Marc Miller to think - he can Judge The Word of God for the rest of us? If he has read it and claims he is of faith - HOLY F... He clearly lacks The Fear of The Lord (I wouldn't want to be in his shoes on judgement day) He also lacks Wisdom - that comes with understanding The Fear of The Lord. ' Listen, for all of you thinking 'this blog is a waste of time' - Christians are being slaughtered RIGHT NOW, for their Faith. All over, acts of violence - The UK imprisoning people for silently praying outside an abortion clinic, making it illegal to read the bible in public - exactly the direction this demon appears to be going, right here.. right now.
It's no joke for those who Love The Lord.. God makes it clear: CHOOSE, no sitting on the fence. I doubt this issue is gone away... just distracted us AGAIN, as usual. Either way, I don't hate Marc Miller, he's going to bring it upon himself from all over & truthfully, I think he is being used.. but he has (had) a choice. Once again, if he has NOT read the Holy Bible - cover to cover: STFU, you are not qualified to pass judgement on any of us or God, fool.
I am working on the last of my Christmas cards!! They have been well received and were a lot of fun to paint! Perhaps next year, I'll continue with the same theme. Then a bear... then Jesus, my favourite way to spend a day - painting Jesus in a still warm, flourishing forest. heehee Think Positive!
