Jesus &the Cubs.. I LOVE painting Jesus.. This Jesus, my Jesus.
I texted the other day - I don't feel worthy to paint Jesus - after seeing this amazing painting a woman did (very realistic) of Jesus. Then I ate that mushroom treat -lol & I thought about that statement. Jesus LOVES my Jesus.
Jesus Loves that I love to sit and paint & ponder Jesus! When not painting I'm reading or watching & learning.
What is important to you? My faith, love & appreciation to God is what is most important, to me.. all else comes next.
Just like spreading flowers down the path, Jesus spreads LOVE with every moment, love like butterflies! What can I say, it's selfish of me - but sitting and painting the above Jesus - brought me pure joy, that easily. Ask yourself today: Are you going to sit & stew' or stress or are you going to enjoy yourself? My next - Jesus on the mountain, already started - I'm excited to finish!
It's Sunday - devote today to God, in mind if not all else. I'm sharing our favourite, easy chicken bake- great left over in a wrap too. It tastes like a lot of work and a simple salad side is enough. I'm going to be trying some rice paper recipes - they have so many on social media - all look tasty & fun.
Great news! Regina had the "Call to prayer" play over loud speakers the other day.. many Canadians were NOT pleased about it - so much so the police warned against saying anything as it could & WOULD be deemed hate speech. That's our Canada currently - because of Carney. Speak up and you will be intimidated & threatened. Voice your opinion in Canada & you can be legally harassed & possibly charged by the police. ANYWAY.. due to public backlash- it has not happened again. Do you know - one of the reasons Church bells stopped ringing- CONSIDERATION for others, for neighbours.
The irony of all this diversity & inclusion' appears - during the process of Canadians wanting others to feel included - Canadians are be pushed around & excluded (especially from jobs & free benefits). IF all inclusive - let's start saying the Lords prayer in schools - AGAIN. Lets start ringing church bells.. Lets be AS faithful & SHOW our devotion to Christ.Our Father - Holy is your name! Let's start praying the 'Our Father' over loud speakers - 5 times a day and watch how fast there would be an uproar from those we WELCOMED to our HOME. I want to make it clear, I don't have a problem with muslim people, I've known and been friends with a few. I am 100% agains Sharia Law.. and you should educate yourself if not aware. TheLiberals (proud liberals in particular), are in for a reality check on what Sharia law thinks about PRIDE and homosexuality. Sharia law generally prohibits homosexuality, viewing it as a sin, and in many Muslim-majority countries, it is criminalized with severe penalties, including the death penalty in some cases. If you don't think this would make a comeback - you are naive.
Time to paint & explore the garden & Thank The Lord for this day!
