Yay! Yesterday I broke out the clay.. I'm recycling another mustard jar and a 'Frangelico bottle!  I love creativity from companies- remember buddha bottles? Honey in a bear jar.. I like Frangelico in coffee, it's been around as long as I can remember and a bottle usually last a few years. This one - I made sure to share' so I could get at it.  Have any old bottles? I'll take them!  The other a transformed mustard jar - big enough to hold matches with a frog on a mushroom lid!
I was super excited to start to paint today but they are still not dry, I guess from the rain - it's a bit damp, so I'll have to be patient another day - that's o.k. I have Jesus waiting only desk to be finished.

I've not ventured into the forest but can see mushrooms from the sidelines.. & thankfully, our mushroom wine cap garden storm planted last year is producing! As well as Shiitake mushrooms and some oyster mushrooms.. My garden this year (because It's usually my job) didn't get the usual 'attention' it gets and pickings look slim (already)  so growing mushrooms as well is reassuring.  Yesterday Trump mentioned a national emergency - a food shortage.  We all knew it was coming, because of fertilizer -or rather the lack of it.  No matter if Trump declares it, Canadian  prices rise, more.   How does your garden grow?  I'm already planning for next years garden. From what I've been reading you might want to stock up on rice, coffee, flour etc. It's not this harvest- it's the next that is concerning people.   Gardening  is a skill, not as easy as it appears so perhaps now if a good time for people to figure out -how to grow, on balconies, counters.. where ever you can.  Humans are creative, resourceful and will continue to figure it out.

I've been reading about being creative- and facts are in - being creative  is good for you & your brain! I know.
Sketching, writing, using your hands to create- it's time to try a new hobby if you don't have one!  I know a few who garden a a hobby but don't do much in the winter, maybe start a garden journal, press your summer flowers for winter art, bookmark or card making!  Our bodies need more than food' the word of God should be our first food', faith in  Jesus is FAITH in each other. Faith in Jesus is faith in yourself.  I finally made a designated Bible focus desk, a place where I can sit, compare bibles, make notes, write quotes and the bibles are always OPEN - waiting for me to continue on the most important journey -I'll ever take.

Enjoy this day the Lord has made! Enjoy the wine - the fat, the food - everything in moderation - Give THANKS for what we have, now & remember  there's no point stressing about tomorrow- it has enough problems of it's own.
Go make something!  Have you seen those viral frozen rice paper snacks? I made them and we like them - super easy & very refreshing- I'll included a few photos below but we are enjoying them and I make them regular.  Enjoy!
