Some serious TLC for me. So, I painted Bears.
Bears in the Garden of love under an Aurora Borealis Sky - Having a terrific time.
Bears 'Friend' is talented as you can see... he's carved a bong from a tree!
I'm not sure what to name my bears... In my Binder of bears (I have a few now) a story on each page & the bears are named. I've been thinking a lot about Gene Jelly so I might call him 'Broadway'. From MY favourite movie & 'painting soon..
I've seen a hand caved wooden bong & met an artist from Japan, he gifted me a carved pendant. Bears are ready for an evening of giggling, conversation surrounded by Cannabis and a Supremely Spectacular Sky - who needs anything more? LOOK at them!
Don't they look like they are ready for a jolly good time? I know they are.
On the original - I'm not sure how I did it but the sky looks like Northern lights!
I'm starting a large Painting on Canvas. Bear on Canvas -it should take me about 3 weeks of solid painting well into every evening. It will be cheerful and loving and full of flowers, fox, fungi, love, laughter, wolf, birds, joy, butterflies and yes #cannabis of course.
I'll wake up every day and see it and Thank God for another day
& will continue to dare to dream!

I am currently working on a smaller bear inspired by Charles Schulz Quote... it's a bit frustrated and down at heart... that is life sometimes right? Bear can't always be frolicking.
It's a great way to 'paint it out' as well.. daily data processing.
Spring is here.
My evenings are spent painting & imagining a relationship that is full of frolic, laughter & a bit of love thrown in.. I'm known for my persistence (smile), who knows?
NOW, I'll keep painting & enjoy my bears with every stroke of my brush.
Bear & Broadway make me smile. Dare to Dream of better times.
* I gifted my BIG Purple GANESH Elephant - to a friend of my sons since they were little, I use to teach him crafts he really liked it, I could see this... & I want to wish him LUCK & love. I just felt it was 'NOW' meant to go to him. He has a good heart this young man, I've always felt that about him. :) One Canvas leaves - another appears (I hope! lol) waiting for Bears!
