Duck Duck Go is the search engine I use. I was searching for a book, there was a book on the desk of AJ from The Why Files; he is a new favourite human on my list of People educating others and he inspires me to be a better human. When I entered the search bar, I didn't know the Authors name so Duck Duck Go Assist, which I didn't know existed replied...
I sat in wonderment... and read it over and over, then thought: God sent this response via Duck Duck Go, Assist.
How are all our minds not blown at the moment? I just witnesses 2 incredible things without a span of 6 minutes... on a thing I couldn't have even imagined 40 years ago! Drugs (legal & illegal) Alcohol, over eating, anger issues, spending days in bed... I get why people use drugs & over do it with many substances.. to absolutely Dumb & Numb ourselves down.
I watched a clip of a man assaulting a small child, in an airport & I immediately wished that man harm. If I was that boys mom, I would have had to be held back from trying to harm him. Praise Jesus, forgive me my thoughts.. please take over.
Really, then I have to take the time breathe deep...
Deep breathing, also known as diaphragmatic or belly breathing, involves inhaling deeply through your nose, allowing your belly to expand, and then exhaling slowly through your mouth. This technique helps reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and promote relaxation < Duck Duck Go Assist.
to 'Give it to God and no doubts, know - He will be punished. That helps me let it go, snap out of it, turn off social media and go and paint or be in nature. God asks us for very simple things: Have Faith, Trust, BE KIND, choose wisely & see JOY around us at every opportunity, everyday, all day. I'll pray for that boy. This does not promise a life without pain and sorrow. We are here to learn not lounge in luxury. We were created to create, not sit and watch, not in an epoch that blows our mind constantly from exposing the past & astonishing us with the near future, at the same time! The CIA experimented on people & The Jetsons jet packs are real and Robots can use them, holy cow...mind blown - did I even just type this, is it real?

Regularly studying scripture and seeking guidance from the Holy Spirit are essential for avoiding deception.
I am grateful for the reminder. Thankful for another day. Praise Jesus.. I haven't even started my next Jesus painting - I've been sketching it in my mind and I love it! It will be joyful to paint!!
