I have a new favourite Christmas movie! -better late than never: The Best Christmas Pageant Ever. By Dallas Jenkins- same guy who does The Chosen! I knew it was going to be good - because of The Chosen but I loved it. I never read the book but it's wonderful story & was well done! It was also filmed in Canada with many Canadians. The casting -perfect. I'm grateful for a movie that left me feeling all warm and fuzzy - not like watching Stranger Things. I'll watch anything Dallas makes - he is a good man with a good heart & his creations prove it. Thank God.
Boy oh boy was I pissed while watching Stranger Things and said to Storm: REALLY!!? Good & evil and the monsters are coming, the world is ending aliens sucking the life out of us, evil everywhere but hey let's make it all about one character being gay . WTF? We all knew in an earlier episode as he looked longingly at his friend- I said then: Here we go.. But to make such a big deal - PLEASE - I don't care! They ruined the show. Do you care?? Then to read it took 15 hours to shoot that scene - what a joke - the group hug - talk about HOAKY. What a waste of my time, thanks for the lesson!
If there was an 'instant delete Netflix button', it would have been pushed, I have said: Cancel Netflix! They ruined the show! The main character 'Eleven, hardly made a peep in the last episode, I asked Storm - is she AI? Always just sending there, looking - useless. I'm not wasting ONE more minute watching anymore. And - they ruined that kids career, no-one will ever look at him the same and will remember the senseless snivelling, snot leaking (an insult to the gay community - that sent the message - it was something to be ashamed about - we are NOT there anymore Netflix) scene that destroyed the entire plot! It's ALSO BULLSHIT, if anyone was ever surrounded by loving friends who would have embraced him - it would have been them, a pot twist - to PUSH an agenda. People trying to defend it.. because 'he was in pain for not coming out of the closet'- HOLY COW.. the show was about children being adducted and tortured, was that not enough - yet we feel bad for the gay guy!? Come on. F*ck Netflix. A waste of time - and we still DON'T have nearly the content available to US that the Americans do. Watch The Best Christmas Pageant Ever - feel good after, not frustrated.
I read how MPs in Ontario, Politicians - are getting backlash, not being treated so nicely these day... you don't say. The article goes on to say - people are losing it and being abusive over minor things, trivializing details... YA! Good Luck with that bullshit propaganda! People are getting pissed = perhaps it 'appears over something tiny' but it's just the last straw for many. We are sick and tired of being TAXED to death and 'red taped' at every turn. Remember the time a 'BYLAW" officer come to my old house & threatened (a much younger) Storm with 'JAIL time for his parents' if we did not remove or boat!? That was just a tiny example of abuse by a BYLAW officer & I proved it. WHO do you think you are? You who works for the government - you have more in common with me (your neighbours) that you do Carney - you are selling out EACH OTHER. WE are fed up with LIES, laws and OBVIOUS double standards for others- witnessed by ALL, so no - not it's not the little things - it's the little things weighing us all down. It's being run by politicians that don't seem to give a shit about Canadians - only OUR MONEY. Our hard earned money - that is then taken from us (about 1/2) and GIVEN to others around the world for some BULLSHIT, made up excuse- another 3 billion to The Ukraine - DO YOU UNDERSTAND what 3 billion could do for Canadians- so please, stop insulting us with wondering what Government employees are being treated poorly - they are currently part of the corrupt system, that is WHY everyones anger is escalating. Liberal AND Conservative (two wings of the same vulture) lying to Canadians and robbing us blind at every opportunity is the reason they are getting backlash - and it's NOT going to get better.
Have you heard about that kid who has exposed all the 'Somali day care' fraud in Minnesota? That KID is a ROCKSTAR and deserves a medal - the POLITICIAN - Tim Walz - now trying to shame him - should resign! Tim Walz ALLOWED it to happen and clearly someone (many) are turning a blind eye to obvious corruption! If you think that shit isn't happening here, you're in for a rude awakening. Thank God for people like that young man who stood up and demanded answer! This is just the start - because CLEARLY, politicians are getting out of hand and abusing the system and us in it - our tax dollars, that pay their wages, no wonder we are getting pissed. MP's - you took the job, you are making more that most for your duties'... what do you expect? Respect is earned.
