I realized while painting Popeye - I like Popeye! lol Well, I've always liked him but he's pleasant to look at and paint.
Know what's better for your brain than spinach!? Psilocybin! Research - look into it, your brain will thank you.
It's winter and I find I micro dose more.. and then I remind myself -why don't I do this more often. Psilocybin is not a recreational drug - for some perhaps, so be it... they won't die from the high'. I don't associate a HIGH with psilocybin as much as I do an 'awakening' or even a calming.. Cannabis on the other hand, I do crave and is on my mind more when in physical pain, I definitely use it more, currently daily with this weather and psilocybin - when I remember or feel blue. Wait until the rest of the world finds out there is an antidepressant that you don't have to take daily, or for the rest of your life- that won't actually cause you to have suicidal thoughts or serious side effects. It's here. Now.

Was telling Storm when I first woke today - the headline announced: Trudeau was resigning this week - it's since changed to Trudeau plans exit'... why change the wording - are they not the same? Either way, he's on his way out and I do thank him for his service, albeit not pleased with a lot - all part of the show, and he did what he could.. next? He preformed a job many would not thank you for - including me. I actually feel a bit bad for him - he's not permitted to have a normal life it appears, can't take his daughter a concert or go skiing on his birthday (Christmas Day). His marriage probably failed from all the pressures involved... He's done some good. It's a pattern as old as time. I have to share ever since I watched the 'Project blue beam' documentaries - it's helped put some stress aside regarding these protests and drones and other crap.. all part of the plan. Really, you can't deny that all predicted' in the documentaries - since the early 70s, so much has come to pass exactly as was stated back then - another conspiracy come to light.
I also watched the Jordan Peterson & Poilievre interview... I be a liar if I didn't say - "it left me feeling hopeful."
Which is what Canada needs right now, I wonder what his relationship with Trump will look like?
Everyone is admitting immigration (recent) is a massive failure and something's to be done, including deport those who are choosing to BRING their violence here with them. Leave it at the place you flee from - why bring the political hatred here amongst people who have welcomed you? Pierre touched on the topic of housing and the BULLSHIT. All these small town bylaws keeping everyone STUCK in fees, fines and red tape bullshit! This includes contractors, builders, suppliers. People complain they can't find 'good workers' here, but there's no place for them to live affordably, as the population ages it's only going to become a bigger issue. Who do they think will look after them when hospitals and homes are at full capacity? Changes will be made.
About Canada Post - so much 'for their promise to deliver on time'. Not one of my letters (over 10) I sent has arrived at it's destination yet, so I guess people will get Christmas cards in February. I'm sure I'm not the only one who is continuing to learn this lesson (again) from Canada Post. It won't be forgotten, I have lost faith in them and will use alternatives when available. Who will they blame when drones replace them with mail delivery?
On my desk: One more Popeye and another saw! I think I might make the next Popeye a T shirt and mug -so you might have to stay tooned - come back to check. I am posting less on Instagram but will share all my art here. Hopefully, daily - as long as God allows!
