I experienced a recent revelation, after a serious health scare. A couple of weeks ago, I woke at 3 am in excruciation pain (more than usual) and unable to use my left arm, at all.. not even able to lift it to assist with going to the bathroom. I was in so much pain (more than usual) I simply crawled back into bed and passed out just from that little exertion. I was unable to use my arm for over a week and slept, the entire week. As with everything, a lesson to learn, usually with positive results. I don't like to talk about my TN because it is enough to live with it, it has progressed, forcing me to a new level of awareness. I'm grateful.
I know above all else, God is very aware of all I experience daily! Jesus gets me through it daily! All day every day!
You know... you talk like this (like I do), about reading the bible daily, Praising Jesus! Actually, praising Jesus - which is what every "believer" of the bible & Jesus is actually TOLD to do, to show our gratitude daily, boldly - & for this strange 'behaviour', that's when they call you "Crazy!" So be it. Sit and judge others for such actions, while true evil abuses innocent children in countless ways, take advantage of the poor, turn a blind eye to hunger & homelessness. We are intentionally stressed & endure constant known manipulation, by those 'in power' of the masses - creating levels of depression that has many, including children (again) taking their lives, on record levels. But hey - if you want to call me crazy, judge me for my faith and expression of love to our Lord, so it be.
I know how God feels about me, so no other opinion really matters.
I don't spend my days intentionally trying to hurt others or disturb their Peace, but as we all know, according to Jesus - they will hate you anyway. O.k... not much I can do, but I trust that Jesus works miracles.
I choose God. I walk with Jesus, I'm not about to let the little, belittle such love.
Not one more day will be wasted.. I will do as asked to show my gratitude for all: Choose love.
I'm going to do, what Jesus tells me to do, to love others as He loves me...
I'm trying! All day, every day.
All this being said... are you aware, from scientific studies done... discussed by countless highly educated minds:
Those who do not believe in God are 30% more LIKELY to be depressed.
I asked AI but I already knew the answer:
Relationship Between Belief in God and DepressionOverview of FindingsResearch indicates a positive correlation between belief in God and mental health, particularly in reducing symptoms of depression. Individuals who hold strong religious beliefs often report lower levels of psychological distress.

Key Insights
- Belief in God: Studies suggest that belief in God is associated with better mental health outcomes. Those who believe tend to experience less depression compared to non-believers.
- Mechanisms of Influence: The belief in God may provide individuals with a sense of purpose and meaning in life, which can contribute to improved mental well-being. This sense of meaning can act as a buffer against depression.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: Some studies have shown that belief in God can enhance the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral therapy, leading to greater reductions in depression and self-harm.
- Complex Relationship: While many studies support the idea that belief in God is linked to lower depression rates, the relationship is complex. Factors such as the intensity of belief and personal experiences also play a role.
- Cultural Variations: The impact of religious belief on mental health can vary across different cultures and religious contexts, suggesting that the benefits may not be uniform.
