Trump mania won! There will be serious partying today in America and a few tears shed.
Either way -it's a new day and a fresh start in a hopefully Peaceful direction. I think the better person for the job won, so if I can change my mind about Trump - which was not difficult to do with watching Biden deteriorate and no one was doing much about it. Do I think Trump is perfect - the saviour of the USA? Hardly and he only can stay one term.. but he will be at the best for realignment. "Hollywood turned out for Kamala!" - so what, was that supposed to sway anyone? All the Diddy groupies are to sway peoples opinion? Truly, I don't think she had the chance for 2 reasons... she is a woman & a woman of colour. When I read media playing on those 2 points especially with her being Indian and then trying to downplay it, I thought - nope. As for her credentials, they read impressive - anyhow, no point pondering the past and that- is the past.
President Trump also swayed my opinion because of Robert F. Kennedy, I like his stance on several issues. As for Trump and women.. if anything him becoming president will make more women stand up for their beliefs - for and against his, just as his own wife is doing regarding her choice & voice on abortion. I was reading about Japan and the issues surrounding the lack of children being born completely understand why the USA in particular must be dreading the decline of child birth rates - here is an opportunity for change... Stop charging Americans for having babies with those atrocious Dr. & Hospital bills, make it so they can afford to actually raise children. I won't pretend to know all the issues Americans are concerned with today (immigration, transgender) but onward! Forward! I'm optimistic Trump can help right now and help America be who we have all known them to be - one of the greatest countries in the world.
I also like Elon Musk. Genius, funny, non-stop, creative, ambitious, bold.. & could care less what anyone thinks' of him.
Watching him support Trump was amusing. What I don't think will help now is anyone focusing on fear, that won't lead anywhere, fast. The bible tells us - respect who God puts in office, have faith... either way it's a new day!! Yay!
At least with the election over - also be over' with bashing people and politics and promises, time to focus on now.
I hope he remembers to thank God, since he had that big photoshoot with all their heads bowed in prayer.
