I want to encourage you to ty 3 day fasting. I still feel. 'different', better. So much so - I am making it a monthly routine.
I read about it a while ago after Storm shared a story about the Dr. getting a Nobel prize for his research. As I said - it makes sense to me.. How can our bodies heal when we pump them with crap, not just medicines but foods, drinks, alcohol, sugars, preservatives, chemicals.. So I tried. It was easier than anticipated & I feel great.
NOTE* I was successful because I stayed out of the pantry & kitchen, cooking dinner for others when not eating for 3 days is difficult. Everyone else ate, cooked, I kept busy reading, painting & did not put myself in front of food. Simple
I did not get a headache. I did get a bit dizzy feeling day 3, but not enough to get concerned.
I had black coffee & water, by day 3 I could NOT drink coffee & still am having a hard time!... ? Next, just water.
I actually felt an unusual clarity, calm... and slept GREAT. I didn't think I would, I have peanut butter almost every night before bed -lol. Even my psoriasis feels - still - better, not 'red' -like it usually is. My skin is great .. I am convinced!
ALSO, I didn't feel the pain of arthritis as intense, I didn't take any anti-inflammatory, as they say: do NOT take on an empty stomach, so I didn't but I felt fine!
Storm said "don't cheat"... I reminded him it wasn't fasting to fast for weight loss - it was indeed a world wide fast & prayer. It's one thing to let myself down (or others) but I was fasting for Jesus. So, No. No snacking. BUT - yes, I have no clue on 'how much I lost' but it was noticeable in appearance and FEEL' my pants normally a bit too snug - loose. YAY.

fasting for 3 days changes your body & health, I concur... I look forward to my new routine after only 1 try, many report the first 2 times might be difficult after that it's a breeze! Good Luck if you try, YOU CAN DO IT!!! Remember it does suggest you REST, no exercise.. JUST let YOUR body do it's stuff!
