Give us this Day our daily Bud... <3 Wow. YES, I read recently how powerful that prayer is; Give us this dayour daily bread, -not thanks for yesterday, or make sure I have it tomorrow. Give us THIS day. Focus on today. .. and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, and that ^ ^ ^ That simply put means ^ ^ ^ : PEACE, PEOPLE! Religion aside... who can argue with those lines? How else are we going to get ahead, clearly WAR is not the answer! A plant less toxic than many others, proven helpful to ease pain, yet illegal and lives destroyed because of it. WTF? O.M.God. How disappointing. A PLANT.  We watched an interesting doc. the other night, I was watching it and the guys joined me at some point. It was called: Food Matters http://www.foodmatters.tv/We watched it on netflix and it was awesome. We are juicing most mornings and they don't always taste so great - especially the kale BUT - They taste better than medicine, they taste better then sick!
I will say I made kale chips and LOVED them - 250 in the oven for 30-35 min.s Rubbed in olive oil and a bit of lemon seasoning - YUM! Must get more Kale tomorrow. Watch the documentary. It is informative. Do you want to be healthy? I WISHED I had seen it an listened years ago! I will admit I have had an exhausting week leaving me thinking... is this as good as it gets? Is the slow to heal excuse just that ... I have decided to do what I love best draw and paint.

 I have a friend who says his all the time.. Let Go and Let God. Surrender. Have faith. I struggle every day with this.
It is so hard to just let go. I try to control this ^%$# twitch - still - 3 years later and I say to myself - I can make it stop. It's no different from yesterday - it just seems like on some days it becomes too much. Little things that I deal with all the time suddenly seem HUGE and I want to scream out of frustration. I feel myself build up anger, resentment - I start to feel emotionally and physically exhausted and overwhelmed.
Time to LET GO!
Time to stop fighting it, take a mental break - step aside, read a book, distract yourself, meditate. Time to hand it over.
As if we have any control over any of this anyway.

 How simple.. plant seeds. Have you seen seed bombs? I think they are cool! I also like the business cards with seeds in them! They usually come with a sling shot - seed bombs- added fun.;-) I plan on making some this spring! It is a wonderful idea and an important one. Keeping this world green for our health and sanity. Seeds are what keeps us alive. Stop and think about that for one second. SEEDs I've also added seeds into our diet; Chia and HEMP Daily- 2013 is going to be healthier around here. Imagine telling humans we can not plant seeds or grow plants, imagine someone telling you - no more vegetable gardens! No MORE FRESH herbs!Something our parents and their parents and so on have been doing since the beginning of time to survive. Growing Plants. Vegetables and herbs and medicines. Obesity is at an all time high and many kids do not even know what vegetables look like. I think it should be mandatory in high school (elementary would be great too!) to grow something! I can imagine the popular choice of most high school students - good - teach them to do it RIGHT. IMAGINE! Now imagine you grow that plant - just to feel better, and suddenly you are told you can not - and in fact you can go to jail just for growing that plant. Imagine. Hopefully you will never have to. xox <><

When we start our tomato seeds every year the first thought I have is: I wonder how many tomatoes we will get and how great they will be - juicy, firm, red - better than anything purchased in a store! Well - other than the farmers market.As with life - we only need a tiny seed sometimes of hope. I have to say when I woke up this morning, it took so long (over 40 mins.) for my twitch to kick in I thought - It's gone!
It's gone! I got up - dressed, had coffee and still only a tiny little linger...I was so excited I started to cry and then started to twitch ! LOL It is still good and I've been up for 3 hours. It is amazing what it does for the mind. HOPE. Then I read Germany is making it so seriously ill people can grow their own medicine and parents are seriously looking into Cannabis for Autism in record numbers -WHY- because they have seen how it is helping other children - Thank God to the parents who have shared their experience and live with it daily. I have seen some of the children Cannabis is helping and those parents have such a difficult road ahead of them. The last thing they should have to worry about is the politics of it all. I have HOPE that Health Canada will recognize what the are doing to MMAR patients is WRONG. Compassion needs to be shown for those who need it - not added stress. I have hope! II'm going to send my surgeon an e mail thanking him again - this is the best I have felt with this twitch is over 3 YEARS! Craft room - here I come! I have Hempy Stalkers to make! Already on order for the Treating Yourself EXPO. I HOPE everyone has a great day! Eat an apple and look at those seeds... Imagine the number of apples from one seed and Thank God for providing the seeds. ALL OF them, for everyone. How is an apple seed different from a Cannabis seed?

I do not recall anywhere in the bible where it states that one person, country, organization can take out a patent on one of God's creations. Is it just me? I also have watched several documentaries on companies like Monsanto trying to hold patent on plants in India- Until crops started to fail and EVEN MORE people started to starve and die & have since decided this is not a good thing. What ever it takes for us to get it and help educate others before this continues to get out of complete control. WORLD HUNGER Yesterday I watched a Doc., it was about beautiful Burma : They Call It Myanmar: Lifting the Curtain. < click *Well worth the watch. I was touched at the comment if they have 3 meals a day (and I'm not talking Popeye's chicken or Swiss Chalet) they consider themselves rich. Their children lucky if they can go to school for one year. ;-( Then it's off to work - job's I cannot imagine doing. They are peaceful people with a great faith that have been neglected for far too long. They inspire. You should watch it and see what happens when we lose control. WE lose control when we let others have it, and to have it over what is most important to every single being on this planet - nutrition/food- is incredibly frightening and quite stupid of us. HOW many are we??? So this toon is about Cannabis and so much more- it is about every single plant and seed on this planet that we all MUST share. When it comes to HEMP - I am proud of Canada - We grow and export Hemp all over the world. We got that right! I Love Daisy's! I'll give you a daisy a day dear... (remember that song?) Even our dog is named Daisy and she is as pretty as a Daisy - HAPPY! A Daisy is a happy Flower! Tall and strong - who has not = "she loves me... she loves me not..." with a Daisy at some point in their life? So my bouquet of PEACE would definitely be Daisy's!
We can't go wrong if we plant these seeds! LOVE, HOPE and COMPASSION.

It's incredible when you start o research a topic like Cannabis and learn so much more. I have in fact I guess been awakened. Rather than blame myself for my past ignorance I hope to forgive and try to make it better. It is not until my .. '40ish' (hee hee) years that I will admit rarely did I think past me, me & mine. Or perhaps it has nothing to do with my age but more precisely life lessons that have finally made me stop and take a good look around. Oh well, what matters is I am here now and there is no turning back. O.K., EVEN if you don't agree with me on Cannabis (I believe in time, once educated that will change - how can it not?) - are you aware that in places all over the world "they" and we we all know who 'they' are, 'they' who only care about $$$. THEY are trying to have many, many, many plants patented -OWNED by a company and punishable to anyone else if you grow these plants. These plants are NOT cannabis.The plants 'they' are talking about are herbs, flowers in your garden, plants that make vitamins. Even vitamins that you can buy over the counter - you may soon need a prescription for. Availability down and cost UP. DON'T believe me!? Research it for yourself. Don't care? You will one day... Humans.. we try to control everything - plants, animals, each other. Each time we hurt anything we are really hurting ourselves. We don't have to all like each other. BUT for the greater good we better all start to get along and work together to NOT let some stuff that is happening- HAPPEN. Stop hurting each other. We should be planting seeds instead of destroying them. Killing animals for fur, fins, tusks and just for fun?? Killing each other because of the color or our skin, a difference of opinion, where we are born... who has the most oil... shame on us.

Did you know that all over the world they are trying to patent plants and seeds, for example the Cannabis plant - patent already taken out by guess who: Google:6630507but many other plants as well like tomoto's and herbs that make vitamins. Monsanto - has designed seeds that self destruct after a harvest so that they become no good to the farmer. Imagine the seriousness of all of this. Some 'one/company' being in control of all seeds. Seeds = plants= vegetables+ fruit = FOOD.. And suddenly it is illegal to have seeds or grow your own vegetables. Well like it or not - all of you who believe Cannabis (a plant) is illegal and should be controlled you are setting precedence for a very grim future for your own family and children. You can't say it's o.k. to do one plant and not another. Think .. it's not JUST about Cannabis. Remember this the next time you slice that beautiful tomato for that perfect BLT or green peppers and see the seeds. The seeds OF hope.. The seeds that God provided for ALL of us!!! $$$? Money - what will money mean when you can't buy food. What will money mean when you see the rest of the world starving and it eats at your insides to witness global suffering on an even bigger scale than it is now. So end this control. Stand up for what all humans are entitled to and deserve. SEEDS to grow and feed themselves. ALL SEEDS. xox <><
